Custom Alarm to install a new Notifier Inspire fire panel and ten (10) smoke detectors in the building. The existing notification devices will not need to be replaced.

Customer currently has an existing Notifier 500 Panel located in the elevator tower at the end of the building. This panel currently monitors smoke detectors and pull stations in the tower. Custom Alarm to provide a cellular communicator for the monitoring of this system. During the installation of the communicator (1) wire will be pulled from the existing sprinkler flow switch in the mechanical room to the panel for the monitoring of the sprinkler system.

Additional notification devices will be installed where required. All existing cable will be re-used. All Door holders to remain as is.

Per the 2020 MSFC, this building is a Group B occupancy with an existing Notifier NFW-50X Fire Alarm Control Panel monitoring smokes throughout the upstairs space. Customer recently acquired and remodeled the remainder of the building. Custom Alarm to add Smoke Detection and Notification in the basement and South areas of the building. This system is currently being monitored via AES CustomConnect Radio which will remain. Custom Alarm has included the fire alarm permit, will test, train, and program following the installation.
