Per the 2020 MSFC, this building is a Group B occupancy with an existing Notifier NFW-50X Fire Alarm Control Panel monitoring smokes throughout the upstairs space. Customer recently acquired and remodeled the remainder of the building. Custom Alarm to add Smoke Detection and Notification in the basement and South areas of the building. This system is currently being monitored via AES CustomConnect Radio which will remain. Custom Alarm has included the fire alarm permit, will test, train, and program following the installation.
