REFUNDS.
NARROW AND SPECIFIC.
PullFirst sells digital products and API access. Refunds are narrow and specific. No fine print, no routing you through a ticketing funnel. Here is the whole rule set, stated plainly.

City downloads.
City downloads are digital products. The CSV is emailed to the address provided at checkout as soon as Stripe confirms payment. Once the file has been sent, the purchase is non-refundable as a default rule.
There are two carveouts. If the file itself is broken, meaning it is truncated, corrupted, empty, or covers the wrong jurisdiction, we will resend a repaired file or refund the purchase in full. If the city you bought produced no records at all within the billing window advertised for that file, we will refund the purchase in full.
An individual record you believe is wrong is not a refund trigger. PullFirst mirrors the originating agency, and the correction has to land with the agency before it flows through the pipeline. This is laid out in the Terms of Service. Every city page offers a free sample so the shape of the data is visible before any purchase.
API subscriptions.
API plans are billed in advance for each period. Past periods are not refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and stops future charges. You retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
Cancellation runs through the Stripe billing portal from your dashboard. It does not require emailing us and it does not require a reason.
PullFirst runs on best-effort reliability with no contractual SLA, which is stated on the security page. If a material outage affects your use of the API during a paid period, email us and we will issue a good-faith credit or refund at our discretion.
Asking for a refund.
Email support@pullfirst.com from the address used at checkout or on the account. It lands with the same person who ships the platform.
The Stripe receipt or order identifier, the city or subscription the charge relates to, and a short note describing what went wrong. The more specific the note, the faster the reply.
Refund requests are reviewed within three business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically settle within five to ten business days depending on your card issuer.
