Custom Alarm to replace the inadequate existing panel and install a UL listed addressable Notifier fire alarm control panel for sprinkler system point by point monitoring, (1) smoke detector above the panel, (1) pull station next to the panel, (6) monitor modules for the sprinkler system, (6) horn/strobes for notification in tenant spaces, and (1) UL fire listed cellular communicator listed for dual path communication.
