Per the 2020 MSFC this existing building is a Group I-2 occupancy. City of Rochester cited this site during recent inspection for not having a compliant fire alarm system for a Group I-2 occupancy. Custom Alarm to install smoke detection in areas as required by the local AHJ and the 2020 MSFC. CO detection will be added to the mechanical/boiler room as required by the 2020 MSFC section 915 requirement. The current fire alarm control panel is obsolete and is no longer manufactured, smoke detectors are no longer available for this system. Custom Alarm to install a new addressable Notifier NFW-100x FACP. All existing System Sensor notification devices are compatible and will remain as is.
