Mechanical HVAC work for the renovation of the historic Avalon Building

Per the 2020 MSFC this building is a mixed Group A-2, Group R-2, and Group B occupancy with an existing automatic sprinkler system with 100% coverage. Customer has an existing addressable Notifier NFW2-100 fire alarm system. The customer is having some spaces fitted it out for lease. Custom Alarm will be adding fire alarm notification devices in these new spaces along with an addressable monitor module for an ansul hood system. System is currently monitored via a UL fire listed cell communicator listed for dual path communication.
