Per 2020-MSFC this is a Group I-4 Occupancy. Building is fully sprinkled. Customer is going to be running a new daycare center, and this will now be an I-4 classification. Custom Alarm to add manual pull stations to exit doors in classrooms. Additionally adding carbon monoxide detection and strobe notification in daycare areas as well. These devices will be added to the existing addressable NFW-50 Notifier Fire Alarm Control Panel already on site. System communication for this location has yet to be finalized.

Plumbing - Renovation to existing commercial building to accommodate new tenants. Demo old & add new kitchenettes and hand sinks to classrooms per plan. Add two restrooms and two hi/low drinking fountains.

HVAC fit-up for existing commercial - add two new exhaust fans and supply's for new restrooms
