Remodel of a 1891 home w/ 1920's addition. new framing, insulation, vapor barrier & drywall to be added to 1920's addition. Floor plan modifications to allow for modernization. stair to 2nd floor" width improved to 36" w/ treads & rises acceptable. remove + replace existing deck. electrical system updated including removal of knob + tube wiring. labor by owner/family. will apple for mechanical + plumbing permit eventually to install new fixtures including electric water heater + airhandler/ac/furnace. hope to remove gas service completely at some point.

Replace deck (previously demolished) w/ new sound structure of treated lumber & concrete foundations.

Remove all drywall from exterior walls & install necessary framing, insulation+ vapor barrier. There will be some changes to floor plan. only one structural partition will be modified to allow for 36" stair to 2nd floor. labor by owner/family
