Floor plan modifications to allow for modernization. stair to 2nd floor" width improved to 36" w/ treads & rises acceptable. remove + replace existing deck. electrical system updated including removal of knob + tube wiring. labor by owner/family. will apple for mechanical + plumbing permit eventually to install new fixtures including electric water heater + airhandler/ac/furnace. hope to remove gas service completely at some point.
