Filling & Grading - 1 & 2 Family Dwelling

This is making an access improvement to parcel 010-0850-01330. A retaining wall running about 65' (44" max height) will allow for a proper level access. Fill will be taken from the future building site on parcel 010-0850-01330 and moved to raise the grade in the access improvement area on parcel 010-0850-01325. The soil is primarily clay. The fill will be compacted and a layer of crushed rock will on top, a depth of 6"- 45cubic yards. Drain tile and crushed rock backfill behind retaining wall will be used to allow for drainage.
