This is to create an access and prepare for future building site. Grade will be lowered in 010-0850-01325, the fill will be moved to an access improvement area 010-0850-01330. The mostly clay fill will be compacted, the top layer of the access will be 6" of Crushed rock (1"-3") amounting to ~44 cu. yards. The retaining wall backfilled with crushed rock 3/4" ensuring good drainage. A french drain will be installed on the north side of the access in 010-0850-01330, allowing storm water to drain to the SSW where there is an existing stormwater culvert. Final grade in the access improvement area will be +/- 740'.

This is making an access improvement to parcel 010-0850-01330. A retaining wall running about 65' (44" max height) will allow for a proper level access. Fill will be taken from the future building site on parcel 010-0850-01330 and moved to raise the grade in the access improvement area on parcel 010-0850-01325. The soil is primarily clay. The fill will be compacted and a layer of crushed rock will on top, a depth of 6"- 45cubic yards. Drain tile and crushed rock backfill behind retaining wall will be used to allow for drainage.
