Install waterproofed and flashed ledger board. Install Helical Pile footings and 6x6 posts. Build new 21x12 deck with 4x4 landing and stairs to grade with 2x10 Kiln Dried (KDAT) framing 16" O.C. Install Trex Rain Escape membrane for future dry space below deck (ceiling and gutters not included). Install TimberTech Terrain+ Composite Decking (DARK OAK) with hidden fastener system and with picture frame (DARK OAK) finish with cortex screws and plugs. Install PVC fascia, risers, and post wraps painted to match house trim. Install Westbury Tuscany railing (BLACK).
