All of our provided equipment, material, will be installed as per the approved Mechanical Engineered Plans. Provide and install of all ductwork for 3 total existing roof top units. (12.5Ton, 5T, and a 3T) Installation of 8 total Smoke Eaters (1000CFM per unit). Install 4 fire dampers for two of the smoke eaters which penetrate a fire wall. Provide and install a PRV for the 3 bathrooms, which will penetrate through the North East Roof. Provide and install a 600CFM inline Fan for our MUA. All required ductwork will be spray foamed by a licensed 3rd party company to meet any code requirement. Provide an electric unit heater (EH-1) for Storage-109 for backup heat. Spiral ductwork in the retail area will be exposed.
