Rough-in and finish first floor laundry room. Run a gas line to the dryer and vent.

Remodeling the interior of existing sunroom. Reframe existing exterior walls to accommodate new window openings. spray foam exterior walls and ceiling. new electrical and plumbing for washer and dryer. Mechanical will add a supply for heating and cooling in sunroom. New cabinets installed. Existing soffit and fascia will remain. Siding will get replaced with LP smartside. * The existing concrete slab slopes away from the house. The plan is to add tapered sleepers on the concrete slab to level out the floor and create an area for spray foam insulation in the floor. The raised platform will also allow space for the new ductwork heating and cooling supply, plumbing and electrical. The walls will also get spray foamed. The ceiling will most likely get blown in, but once we open it up, we will see the status of the current insulation and update.
