Replace atmospheric water heater
We are proposing to install a 10 ft water guard sub floor drainage system on the north west corner of the basement with a sump in this corner to discharge to the southwest. We will also add clean space wall system in this area spec will be included. System will have wash stone under and in front with concrete over top.
