HVAC work for a home remodel. Includes installing an Furnace, ductwork, and bath fans.

Plumbing work for the home remodel. Includes DWV, water piping, and replacing fixtures. The existing electric water heater will be reused.

Replace roof, soffit and facia as needed, New window in kitchen and as needed, new kitchen cabinets, asses HVAC and respond as guided. Repair or remove basement bath. Add 6'x12' addition on east side from entry towards 13th st as drawn to create main floor bath. Touch up exterior paint as needed. Restore hardwood floor and paint interior. Electrical and pluming as needed

Install (2) new window wells and windows. Call for locate no later than 2 day before work begins. Excavate using a mini-excavator. Install galvanized window wells. Cut poured foundation with cut and break saw. Install treated framing, flash, caulk and install window. Backfill and place river rock inside window well for adequate drainage. Provide ladder and window well cover.
