Partial basement finish. Note- existing block walls with the existing 2x4 walls and fiberglass insulation currently have a double vapor barrier. It's currently paper-faced insulation and poly VB. Scope: Remove existing insulation and VB at existing exterior wall framing to eliminate the existing double VB. Frame new 2x4 walls in front of the block as per plans. Note: At new 2x4 walls, leave 1/4" air space between block and 2x4 wall. Put woven tyvek house wrap or equivelent between block and new 2x4 framing. Install new R-13 unfaced FG insulation and 4 Mil VB. The home gym side and Laundry side to get 1/2 drywall. Concrete floor to remain. Ceilings in finished spaces to have 29ga. pro-rib metal panels (pole barn tin) at ceilings with exposed fasteners and J-Channel. To have smoke & CO detectors as per code. Remove and replace (3) existing basement windows. Rough openings to remain. Relocate laundry tub, washer & dryer. Modify the existing ductwork as needed. To have supplys and returns
