Bathroom Remodel

Main Level Bathroom remodel Demo: (1) Shower drain and valve, (1) toilet, (1) Lavatory, DWV and waters Rough in plumbing: (1) Shower drain (reconnect to existing tailpiece in basement), (1) new shower valve and head, (1) Toilet waste and water(shift rough in 2ft), (1) Lavatory(relocate to same wall as toilet). Work by tile setter: roll in tile shower. (Resident is wheelchair bound) Increase existing 1- 1/2" horizontal sanitary plumbing vent serving toilet in main level ceiling to 2" for 20ft, tie into existing 3" Stack/VTR. Traditional toilet vent, dirty arm off of 2" toilet vent for main level lavatory sink. Finish: Install (1) new floor set water closet, Install shower valve trim and head, Install (1) new wall hung lavatory sink

Home modification. Demo old bathroom walls and rework plumbing as needed for new roll in shower.

Full Bathroom remodel. Installing new soaker tub, faucet, (1) lav faucet and (1) toilet

Renovation to existing bathroom by expanding bath size into living room by 18" and widening doorway to 36"

Remove/Replace water heater.
