Water Heater Replacement

Front entry - Standard door install. Remove all decorative trim from around door. Wrap in white. New white colonial casing. Casing and satin nickel accent lever and DB ordered with door. New storm being installed.

Tear off existing steel siding. S&F Remains. Remove and discard gable box on garage - replace with gable vent for looks only. Cut frieze wrap off front garage and side up to soffit. Remove back frieze board and front dentil molding. Cut as close to the soffit as possible (wrap in white aluminum if needed) and side to the soffit. Install new Premium Pointe D4 in Stone Harbor. Install white blocks and vents. Add wood (1x4's provided) around wider vents in back and wrap white. Downspouts are being replaced and can be discarded. Gutters stay. Wrap windows, doors and over head garage door opening in white aluminum. Install new white garage stops. Remove existing shutters and replace with 13 pair of new white shutters. 2 story house. Park dumpster on right side of driveway.
