The project will also include adding a small bar area and constructing a wall to enclose the kitchen for improved layout and separation between the service and preparation spaces.

Install underground piping for new bathroom with wall mounted sink and toilet, for janitor closet with floor drain and mop sink, 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink in kitchen and scullery, 2 handwashing sinks and floor drains at cafe counter. Will need to cut new roof penetration for venting, not responsible for roof penetration. Install grease trap for 3 compartment sink. Bid includes 50 gallon Electric water heater to be installed in janitors closet
