Convert two offices into one office.
Project A- Remodel two offices into one. Remove 2x4 interior non-load bearing wall. Remove drop ceiling and replace with hard ceiling. Remove door and stud up opening and sheet rock. Frame ceiling with 2x6's 16" o/c spanning 12' direction, with joist hangers on each end. Attach 2x6 interior side walls with 4" screws and exterior wall with tap cons every 16". Sprinkler heads and HVAC to remaining in same location. New Lighting, permit to be pulled by electrician Project B- add two walls to separate office space and provide access to lower level. Add door to close off stairway in two possible locations.

Removing 1 layer of asphalt shingles on sloped portions of house and detached garage , and replacing with new shingles. Removing 1 layer of existing EPDM rubber roofing on low slope proportions of house and replacing with new, Glued down, EPDM rubber roofing.
Demo old Garage Build new in same location 11x20.
