Furnace replacement

Tear off existing siding. Gutters and downs will be replaced so discard existing. Wrap house in Tyvek. Remove deck step stringers and install 2x12 treated to the wall. Flash and re-fasten stringers, you will need to shift the entire set of steps over a little. Customer does not want the steps cut shorter. Install Market Square D4 Driftwood siding. White outside corners. Use white flex J on 1/2 round windows. Cut in more holes in the eaves and Install white center vent soffit and white custom formed aluminum fascia. Wrap 2 overhead garage doors in white. Install new white garage stops. All blocks will be Driftwood. Park dumpster in the street and the siding load on the left side of driveway if facing the house

Tear off existing shingles: 28.32 SQ @ 8/12 Pitch Siding crew will tear off siding on all roof to wall areas. Install Ice and water on walls in these areas. Install new GAF shingles in Charcoal with white drip edge on all rakes and eaves. House is getting new gutters, so existing gutters can be discarded. Flash 1 chimney. Park dump trailer on left side of driveway.
