Tear off existing vinyl siding. Wrap house in Tyvek. Gutters can be discarded. Install new EDCO D4 in Guinness Prism on all areas except in the front gables where EDCO Guinness Prism board and batten will be installed. 6" LP white band boards (see sketch). In the front gables, fabricate gable pediments with 2x6's and wrap white. (See sketch). Use 6" white LP to partially frame around the 2 windows in the front gables.(See sketch). All outside corners will be 6" LP in White. Trim overhead garage door with 6" white LP. Wrap garage service door and 2 garage windows in white aluminum. Install white center vent soffit and white custom formed aluminum fascia. 2 story house. Park dumpster on left side of driveway.

Only doing the 1 slope where the chimney was removed. Gutters will need to be removed by our gutter crew before work can begin. Use a sheet of OSB to cover the air conditioner. Tear off existing - Only doing slope where chimney was removed: 10 SQ @ 12/12 pitch Use provided OSB to replace any damaged sheeting. Install new Tamko Mountain Slate shingles and white drip edge. Park dump trailer on left side of driveway.
