Renovate bathroom, new trimwork, misc, repairs, paint, flooring. the previous owner built an addition without a permit, upon removing trim on what I thought was a beam, I discovered no beam, the drawings attached are whats there and I would really need someone to come out and let me know how much I need to tear apart before adding beams back in. So permit includes an addition correction renovation.

Remove and Replace (like for like) two Carrier RTUs. Lift and Reinstall (8) additional existing RTU during reroof project. (North Broadway Plaza)

Remove existing ballasted EPDM and BUR roof down to the deck and dispose of. Install tapered ISO to promote drainage to drains. Install new ballasted EPDM system.

Repair service mast due to storm damage.
