Inspector’s Note: The contractor must provide access for the homeowner’s vehicle whose driveway is located on Charlton Street. Description: Need to Lift an AC unit onto the school. This is when the school needs it done and wants to make sure school isn't in session when we do the lift.

The project will improve indoor air quality for the occupants of the school, enable the building to operate at more efficient energy levels, address envelope water intrusion and site drainage issues, and extend the working life of the facility. To achieve these goals, the project's intent is to address building infrastructure by replacing aged mechanical and electrical systems, updating controls, and improving non-functioning or damaged site drainage and building materials. The majority of the facility's roof will be replaced, several classrooms will be reconfigured, and all classrooms will receive new A/V equipment.
