PED staff must assume the property is contributing per the State Historic Preservation Office memo to city staff on March 19, 2015. The property is inventoried as the F.C. Schuldt House that was designed by architect Charles Bassford (son of architect Edward Bassford) and constructed in 1912 in a Crafsman style. The large modified bungalow has a base of random ashlar and walls or brown brick. It is sited on a corner and both street elevations are considered primary. According the applicant, the area where exterior framing will be altered to accommodate two new windows is in an opening that historically was a garage door.
