This permit serves as an approval to construct footings and foundation up to grade only. Work beyond footing and foundations may result in a stop-work order posting and additional investigation fees. This permit shall allow the contactor to proceed at their own risk, and if portions of the work require correction to comply with code, implementation of those corrections will be mandatory.
