Repair walls, windows and siding where car hit building. Replace 6-8 concrete block, replace treated bottom plate and all damaged 2x6 studs. Replace R21 insulation and 4mil ploy as needed. Repair/replace 5/8" sheetrock on interior walls and ceiling. repair exterior sheeting to match existing (1" rigid foam) install 2 new vinyl windows to match existing, replace existing vinyl siding to match existing
Tear off and reroof asphalt shingles
Finish basement- 5 circuits
We are re-shingling 2 garages and removal of existing epdm roofing and install new epdm roofing replacing any rotten insulation and sheeting we find.

Customer is getting a GE 96% 90k 2 Stage Furnace
Installed 1 line line voltage thermostat and 1 - 2x4 ceiling panel heater in each of the 2 Human Resource offices (in corporate offices). Extended existing wiring to hookup a Zeks air dryer (in the plant).
