DEMOLISH EXISTING ASPHALT ROOF SYSTEM AND TRUSS STRUCTURE AND OTHER INTERIOR ELEMENTS - SEPARATE PERMIT FOR RESTORATION OF STRUCTURE Partial demolition of two fire affected hotel buildings at subject address. This includes removal of fire impacted and water damaged roofing, insulation, ceiling, sheetrock, subfloor, doors, wiring, and any damaged furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Design plans prepared by DSGW Architecture (Eric Rhame) have been reviewed/discussed with Blake Nelson - who has also visited the site with permit requestor (owner) to look at scope. The hotel is currently closed while permitting and repairs take place.
