Two-floor renovation of an existing office space and restrooms. With the addition of a kitchen for staff (by others). Light demolition includes Wall, ceiling, and floor finishes to be removed within office and restroom areas. Walls, ceilings, and floor finishes to be updated for the new tenants needs. MEP work is design-build and reworked per the new layout.
