Demolition and replacement of existing detached deck and stairs. New deck and stairs to be slightly smaller than existing and in same footprint. Deck has two parts- an upper stoop/deck for two doors, this upper portion to be rebuilt in a detached manner with (2)2x8 rim joists and 2x6 joists in the field supporting 5/4" AC2 decking. This 'upper' portion will have a walking surface 28" above grade, which is 4" below the home's floor elevation.
