RO Installs. House is getting sided - remove siding as needed. New #63 Jambs and colonial casing. White coil for drip caps. Standard door install - Front entry and garage service doors. Wrap our in white. New #63 colonial casing in. Satin nickel knob and DB ordered with doors. Front entry getting new storm.

Tear off existing siding and wrap house in Tyvek. Leave the front gable pediment in place. Detach and reset shutters. House is getting new roof and gutters. Install new EDCO D4 siding in Driftwood Gray. Install new white center vent soffit and white custom formed aluminum fascia. Wrap windows and entry doors in white. Do not wrap overhead garage door, but install new white garage stops. All vents and blocks to be color matched. 2 story house. Park dumpster on right side of driveway.

Tear off existing shingles: 21.71 @ 6/12 pitch .18 @ 7/12 pitch .04 @ 5/12 pitch Gutter crews will remove gutters prior to starting roof job. Install new Tamko Shingles in Oxford Gray with white drip edge on all rakes and eaves. Park dump trailer on right side of driveway.
