Add 4 high bay fixtures in receiving area

Provide and install Bosch B8512G Fire Alarm Panel (replacing existing panel) located next Sprinkler Risers – including supporting modules • Provide and replace TWO Backup Batteries for Bosch B8512G • Provide and replace One Fire Alarm Keypad located next to Bosch B8512G • Re-use existing Cellular Communicator B444-V (as deemed functional) o Remove Phone line(s) from Fire Alarm Configuration o Program Cell Communicator as Sole Path Communication • Re-use Silent Knight 5495 Distributed Power Module (it is currently under repair/replacement by Securitas Service Team)

New electric room will consist of [2] 277/480v panels [3] 120/208v panels and [2] transformers. Adding (5) new 400A disconnects on exterior wall. Equipment connections for Kuritas' compressors and other equipment. Project is a replacement of existing old federal pacific panelboards to new and all new feeders. Upgrading voltage to 480 to feed equipment. Xcel Energy is in the loop to drop the transformer from the roof and bring it down to ground level.
