Mechanical HVAC work for a new single family home in Ponds of Highland Hills.  This is a twin home, EC08.  New Furnace, AC, Coil, HRV, Humidifier, and all new duct work being installed.

Roof Replacement at the Olmsted County Graham Park Old Hwy Shop building. 2 flat roofs full removal of existing to structurally sloped metal roof decks, install 2 layers 2.5 iso insulation with additional tapered insulation for drainage slope fastened down with screws and plates. Install 1/2" coverboard and 2 ply modified bitumen with gravel surface set in hot asphalt. New perimeter sheet metal flashings. The barrel roof gets full removal to wood deck, install 2 layers of 2.5 iso insulation and full ice and water shield covering. Install new full length standing seam metal roof panels at barrel roof with new perimeter sheet metal flashings.
