New insulation and drywall to be installed upstairs. Replace old greenway flexible conduit wire with romex wire. New kitchen cabinets to be installed with lvp flooring. Downstairs - Replace existing copper water lines and plumbing with pvc plumbing/ pex water lines. Replace existing water heater and water softener with new ones.
