Addition and renovation to existing pre-engineered metal building warehouse and addition of pre- engineered, metal framed office building. Demo work includes removal of existing exterior finishes, equipment, windows, doors, floor grinding. New work includes new pre-engineered metal buildings added to North, South, and West of existing warehouse. Crane rails, overhead doors, production equipment, and extending the existing mezzanine are also involved in the new construction. A new separated wood frame, non-sprinklered storage building will also be included on the site of this project.

This permit serves as an approval to construct footings and foundation up to grade only. This is not an approval and should not be considered as an approval for the building as a whole, including architectural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Permit holder of this permit is liable for any changes to footing/foundation if needed to meet approval of full building permit. An additional building permit will not be issued to continue construction above grade until plan review has been completed and approved by the City of St. Cloud Building Safety Department.
