Remodel of (12,683 SF) existing commons area which will feature a fitness center, wellness room, office spaces, locker rooms, and a lounge.

This project consist of light demolition of the existing reception desk and elevator lobby finishes. Those finishes include but are not limited to; Carpet removal, wood trim removal, Countertops and millwork. Replacing with new finishes at the elevator lobbies and new reception desk. This project also consists of light electrical demo for new lights at elevator lobbies and reception desk.
