lower level powder room: toilet, vanity. Run waterlines and drain . Delete an old (shower?)drain
Finish basement bathroom. The room is already roughed in for a toilet, not moving this. Add plumbing for vanity & install 48" vanity. Do electrical to code, GFCI outlet near vanity and 2 or 3 disc lights in new soffit framing over vanity. Re-frame wall opposite toilet, to house a plumbing stack properly. Vent new bath fan to exterior.
