Wire the new Dishwasher, New unit is figured to need a 60-amp circuit.
Interior renovation of existing CentraCare Behavioral Health Clinic on first floor. Work includes new walls, ceilings, lighting, MEP, flooring, furniture, and finishes.

Wire the new Kitchen Hood, Makeup Air Unit, Exhaust Fan
Re-roof two portions of building. Remove existing ballast rock, flashing, roof membrane down to existing insulation. Insulation to remain in place. Replace wet or damaged insulation if needed. Install one layer of 1.5" polyisocyanurate insulation over existing insulation and tapered insulation for positive drainage. Install 60 mil EPDM adhered roofing system and new prefinished flashings.
- Replacing 2 sinks, Moving 2 sinks, adding 3 sinks, adding new bathroom (1 toilet, 1 lav). - Running a larger cold water line for new flush valve toilet. - Demo point of use water heater, running new hot water/hot water return from current building hot water system
Tear off/re-roof portion (roof area B) of building. Remove existing ballasted EPDM membrane down to the existing insulation. Existing insulation to remain. Install new 1.5" layer of ISO to the existing roof deck. Install new Carlisle 60 mil adhered PVC membrane roofing & related flashings.

Installation of a 16kw electric heater
New tenant remodel: interior renovation with minor exterior repairs. New areas are sales & staging. Restrooms, breakroom, janitor, electrical room & office to remain.
