Replacing decking and railing ledger, joists, and posts are all in good condition. Decking is going to Timbertech composite. Joists are already 16" on center. Railing will be DeckPro™ Prestige. 2x8 blocking will be added to support railing and perimeter picture frame decking. Stair stringers will be moved to ensure 16: on center. Drawing of dimensions is attached. I called to ask if a site survey was necessary since the deck is not moving and was already permitted and they advised that a survey was not required in this case.
