Create a Men's Lounge with attached Wash Room

2 water closets replacing existing urinals, adding 7 foot wash stations in the men's lounge with trench drains

The scope of work has two small projects, one is to build a fence in the parking lot with a fence height of 6' and the second to build a daycare playground with one playset. Have been discussing the project with Teresa Barnes.

Add 2 new Doors, and 1 new pass through opening. Modify door hardware on 3 existing doors. Add grab bars and modify existing toilet partitions to meet ADA requirements.

Install new Fire Alarm panel for Voice Evac. Add smoke detectors in common areas. Speaker /Strobes in common areas and all classroom and meeting rooms. Connect existing Fire Sprinklers into system and Install new monitoring device.
