Remodel Children's ED & Entry

Remodel of existing emergency department of Children's Hospital including equipment/duct demo and new GRD's, Fan, VAV's and Air Curtains.

Demolition of VAV's in Emergency department and connect to the existing hydronic system and install new piping and VAV's.

remove medical equipment of an iMRI machine out of United Hospital. We’ll be providing shoring on the floor below during removal of the equipment. We’ll be removing the chiller from the roof and quench vent. Interior work is minimal, removing four doors, frames and header for equipment removal vendor to have 8’x8’ clearances. There is an exterior door we’ll be removing to get the equipment outside

Temperature control installation

TAKING FOUR ROOMS AND UPDATING TO BE SAFE ROOMS BY ADDING ANTI-LIGATURE COILING DOORS, FIXTURES IN RESTROOM AND THROUGHOUT THE PATIENT ROOMS. ALSO BUILDING OUT A SENSORY ROOM WITH PADDED WALLS ETC.

REMOVE AND REPLACE (6) COOLING TOWERS.
