repair an existing basement shower, replace fibeglass shower base with tile

Install venting to three bathroom exhaust fans (panasonic), 300 cfm kitchen exhaust hood and two ton Unico high velocity A/C system

Knob & tube removal in dinning, bedrooms and hallway light fixtures.

Install radiant to main and 2nd floor bathroom, toe kick heaters to kitchen and new radiation to basement

Kitchen 1. Furnish and install new waste, vent and water lines to new kitchen sink location. 2. Install new plumbing vent for kitchen drain through roof. 3. Alter existing waste stack in work out room for connection of new drain from kitchen sink. 4. Complete hook up of kitchen sink, disposal, dishwasher. Bathroom-1st Floor Powder Room 1. Furnish and install new waste, vent and water lines for floor set toilet and lav. 2. New vent to tie into existing vent piping at adjacent 1st floor bathroom. 3. New waste stack to tie into existing stack located in laundry room closet. 3. Complete hook up of toilet and wide spread lav faucet. Bathroom-1st Floor 3/4 Bath 1. Alter existing waste, vent and water lines for new shower, double vanity and and wall hung toilet. 2. Install carrier system for wall hung toilet. 3. Install tile shower pan fitting. 4.
