This project is a phased project to renovate the existing 500 square foot main entrance to United Hospital. We will be removing the existing revolving door and updating finishes within the vestibule while expanding the vestibule 100 square feet into the hospital. Heat and electrical will be updated in the existing vestibule, with minimal mechanical work expanding into the corridor. The space will receive new storefront with automatic sliding doors at the exterior and interior storefront. A single door will be added the exterior of the vestibule for valet use. Wall finishes will be getting updated along with flooring and ceiling will be patched and repainted.
