We will remove the current decking and stairs and install new TimberTech AZEK Vintage decking in English Walnut, giving the space a clean, modern look with long-term performance. The existing footings, framing, fascia, and railing will all be reused where they remain in good condition. We’ll also apply joist tape to the framing to help protect and extend the life of the structure.
