Install new HRV in addition with ducting to addition and existing house
garage addition and driveway move 30' to the west this is not a new driveway just moving the existing.
Demo current asphalt driveway. Extend front of garage out 26' (by full width of 38'). Also add 10' addition to side garage.(10'x24') Redo driveway moving it approximately 10' from current location. See plans/surveys.
