6 Decks removal and rebuild. A stack of six decks needs to be removed and rebuilt, matching the original plans. All new treated dimensional lumber and deck boards replaced. Railings will be reinstalled. Each deck is 60sqft - 12' x 6' totaling 360 sqft Units 130, 230, 330 and 132, 232, 332

Provide power for Amazon locker.

Remove existing siding on the 1 wall we will be doing (see attached photos). Install new EPDM membrane directly to the base substrate of the wall (plywood). Put Water Block behind the EPDM at the top of the wall where the EPDM meets the plywood. Put termination bar over the EPDM through the Water Block line. Install flashing patches. Install house wrap (Tyvek) over the EPDM. Install new siding. (See attached for more information).
