Renovation of restaurant. Remove portion of half wall in dining area. Remove ordering station and replace with new cabinets and countertops, frame portion of wall up to ceiling and remove existing hood and replace with new hood in front kitchen. Remodel existing office into walk-in cooler. Replace existing stairs with ramp on back of building. Paint dining area, restrooms and entry.

This permit is for demolition work only, separate permits required for re- finish work. Any work completed beyond the demolition prior to re-build permit issuance may result in stop work order posted and investigation fees applied to the re-build permit price.

ADD HAND WASH SINK, DUMP SINK AND FLOOR DRAIN FOR DRYING RACK FOR GLASSES IN BACK OF KITCHEN MOVE FLOOR DRAIN OVER 6 INCHES

Add receptacles for menu board. Add convenience receptacles. Move exit light. Install 8' of new track light, wire 7 pieces of new kitchen equipment.
