This project includes interior framing and drywall work only. In the basement, a new full bathroom area will be framed, along with a separate shower area located outside of the bathroom. Two new closets will also be framed and finished in the basement. On the upper level, a new full bathroom area will be framed and drywalled. No structural changes. Portion of construction will be in the residential area of the mixed use building. Occupancy group is R-3 dwelling unit which is attached to an A-3 religious use.

-Set three shower pans -Perform all required concrete cutting and patch back -Install all new drains, vents, and water lines for both main-floor showers -Rough in and fully finish the upstairs ¾ bathroom (toilet, vanity, and shower)
