Customer had water leaking from disintegrated 100 year old cast iron pipes and needed it repiped in pvc. I repiped the vertical stack in pvc with new piping to the toilet and upsized the tub drain to code

Exsiting bathroom fan does not have R-8 insulated duct work. Upgrading to R-8

Re-roof with asphalt shingles

Set meter and replace main water line 5.
